Alte Zimmer, schlechtes Essen, unfreundliche Personal. Animateure waren nett. Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles wird in Plastik serviert

Dear Andrej, Thank you very much for your comment and we are very sorry that we did not fulfil your expectations. Our Dos Playas Beach House is well known because of its good relation quality – price. I mention this because in the last three years great investments have been made in the renovation of rooms in particular and in the improvement to a large degree of our "All Inclusive" concept. As a 3 star hotel, we have 3 restaurants (1 main buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 1 a la carte restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and in the evenings it is a Mexican buffet and 1 "Thai" style specialty restaurant. We also have the snack station, a pizza oven and a Sushi bar. We have 3 bars as well. With this I want to highlight that our food offer is very varied. In relation to our staff, our Human Resources department constantly works with "Customer Service Courses" that are taught to all hotel departments. In particular to the "Front Desk", "Food and Beverages" and "Housekeeping" departments. We apologize for not offering you the friendly treatment that all our guests deserve, and based on your comment we will continue working and reinforcing this pillar of our hotel. Our Dos Playas Beach House complies with all the Health & Safety controls that are carried out by external companies. Your comment gives us the opportunity to focus on all the details related to hygiene so that the perception of the guests will be the appropriate. Again we really appreciate your comments and we use them to improve our services both in facilities and in customer service.
