Aus DeutschlandUnser dritter Aufenthalt im Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai war wieder wunderschön. Die Begrüßung bei unserer Ankunft an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und es wurde direkt auf unsere Buchungsanfrage eingegangen. Wir haben uns wieder von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Dieses Gefühl, dass versucht wird dem Gast immer weiterzuhelfen und dadurch einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, war bei jeder Gelegenheit vorhanden. Sei es die Nachfrage, ob wir uns noch kurz fertig machen wollen, bevor das Zimmer gereinigt wurde oder kompetente Hilfe bei einem Problem mit der Hotel-App. Auch Speisen und Getränke (Frühstück sowie Abendessen in der Trattoria) waren toll angerichtet, außergewöhnlich gut und der Service erstklassig. Unser Hotelzimmer war wunderschön und der Ausblick einfach der Wahnsinn! Auf Sauberkeit wurde sehr großen Wert gelegt, sodass man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen konnte. Sollten wir in Zukunft noch einmal nach Bangkok reisen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder im Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai vorbei!
