Pool wurde nicht gereinigt. Genauso esstische immer dreckig, schwer mal einen sauberen Tisch zu finden.

Dear Frau Jeanette Firstly i apologise for replying in English as German is not my native language I rather not use translation as can be unprofessional for my explanation and misunderstood. I woud like to apologise for the issues with our pools during stay and to not be able to meet you in person to explain the circumstance which is usually far more convenient for all, as you are aware we were suffering very badly with bad weather of high winds which was dumping sand and dust in the pool and surrounding area and we were battling to keep clean and maintain the pool standard for several days, which we apolgise for but sometimes nature supercedes our human capability. In regards to the tables I am very saddened to learn of this here as would have wished to resolve on the spot for you to be able to see our standard and if any deviations from that occurs I prefer to have the hand to deal with immeditley. as Director of Quality I endeavour to be in all areas during the day, sometimes situations occur and it is then that I am more than grateful to meet with you the guest so that I can take appropiate corrective action. To conclude I offer my apologises and wish that you will return in the furture to enable us to provide you with the holiday you richly deserve from all aspects including weather and to offer VIP service to you as our way of making amends for situations you highlight.
