Nicht schlechtes Essen Personal nicht unfreundlich auser Rezeption (Älterer Angstellter mit weissen Harren besonders unfreundlich)Bade und Sauer Landschaft wie in 90ziger Jahren.Als Wellneshotel zu laut,auf Hotelterass wurde bis 3 Uhr Früh gefeiert von schlafen kannst nur träumen, untersagt auch schwer möglich Hotel liegt an einer Stark befahrenen Stasse ,von Hundegbell will ich gar nicht reden.Kommen schon viele Jahre aber statt beser immer schlechter außer die Zimmer in 7 und 6 Stock.

Dear Josef; Thank you for your review and for choosing us. It is always pleasure to get a feedback fro our returning guests. I am sorry that this time we were unable to provide you with the comfort you expected from us. The events that disturbed your stay were due to a group of misbehaving guests, and the hotel management did everything to quell these individuals and to ensure the undisturbed stay of the other guests. Compared to previous occasion, road traffic was slightly increased due to the renovation works in the city's main street, hence, some of the traffic was diverted to the side-roads. I am pleased to inform you that these works had been concluded, and the order of the traffic reverted to its normal order. I also am happy to tell you that we are scheduling renovation works for the 3-5th floors of the hotel in the foreseeable future to get those rooms up to the same standards as the ones on the 6-7th floors.
