Die Zimmer sind veraltet Fernsehempfang katastrophal. Personal unfreundlich. Dusche defekt und alt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man hört die Türen Ständig zu knallen und kommt kaum im Schlaf. Die liegen im Pool sind schon ab 6:00 Uhr morgens mit Handtücher belegt. es ist nicht erlaubt Essen im Zimmer aus dem All in Service mitzunehmen, die Getränke sind billig und ungeniessbar alles in allem ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Regarding the policy of not allowing food to be taken outside of the restaurant, we would like to clarify that as an ISO-certified hotel, we strictly adhere to the latest HACCP directives, which do not permit food to be removed from the restaurant to ensure proper preservation and prevent spoilage. We understand this may have been an inconvenience, but the policy is in place for the well-being of all our guests. Our sunbeds, both by the pool and on the beach, are designed to meet the needs of all our guests. However, certain spots are more popular and tend to be occupied earlier. To ensure fair access for everyone, we have a no-reservation policy, which is communicated through signage by the pool. We will work to better communicate this policy moving forward. We are disappointed to hear that you did not experience the friendliness and efficiency our staff is known for, as we typically receive very positive feedback in this regard.
