Hotel ist im Allgemeinen sehr veraltet. Einzig das Restaurant befindet sich in einem zeitgemäßen Zustand. Auch technische Grundvoraussetzungen wir ein funktionierendes Wlan oder eine Klimaanlage sind hier nicht vorhanden. Getränkeauswahl mangelhaft. Speisenauswahl und -qualität sehr gut.

    Dear Sören , First, allow us to apologize for not living up to your expectations during your stay with us. Thank you for your nice comments as far as it concerns our restaurants and food selection. We very much try to deliver on all fronts the lofty standards utilizing the highest quality products, all administered by highly qualified personnel with extensive experience in family travel. Thank you as well for bringing to light certain areas that proved to be a disappointment for you. Please note that when we gain knowledge that one of our guest´s expectations are not met, all the Esperides Team involves. Our A/C is well functioning in all the areas of our property but due to the hotter than normal climate and the doors of the entrance of our hotel which are constantly open and close, the freeze is difficult to be kept. Please rest assured that we have addressed the issue and will try to upgrade our a/c the soonest possible. We do sincerely apologize to you for those shortcomings and we hope that you can find the opportunity in the future to reconsider Esperides Beach Family Resort as your family destination, allowing us to demonstrate that your experience was the exception and not the rule.
