Dear Laura, We would like to thank you for choosing our resort for your holidays. We are sorry you didn’t find our rooms attractive. On the other hand, we are glad that you mentioned that they are very clean and tidy. Also we are sad to read that you didn’t enjoy our food, which gathers a lot of positive feedback from our visitors. We would like to kindly inform you that the quality of our food is an area where we put extra effort to excel. Our dishes are authentic. We use seasonal produce, high-quality ingredients, and we put emphasis on presentation and flavor. About your comments on the glasses in the bars, I would like to let you know that the main bar inside the hotel uses glasses. In the outdoor bars and near the pool area for safety reasons we use paper or polycarbonate glasses. Last but not least, we always welcome well intentioned criticism as it helps us to become even better and certainly we will take your comments under careful scrutiny.
