Dear Hamburger, Thank you for having your family holiday at Esperides Beach Family Resort this July. Your kind words about the reception’s personnel are truly appreciated. Our happy and welcoming staff is the constitution of a memorable and luxurious experience at Esperides. Our resort offers free sunbeds and umbrellas along our blue flag awarded beach. We are very sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy our three restaurants that serve delicious Greek and international meals. Although we understand that taste, is a personal matter and we accept that some dishes may not have been to your liking. We wish to assure you that the quality of our food is an area where we put extra effort to excel. Our dishes are authentic. We use seasonal produce, high-quality ingredients, and we put emphasis on presentation and flavor. Also our hotel is really interested in the environment by practicing recycling. We have also replaced a large part of plastic cups with poly-carbonate cups and for this reason there have installed yellow collection stations at the external areas of the hotel. We always welcome well intentioned criticism as it helps us become even better and we will certainly take your comments under careful scrutiny. We look forward to welcome you again.
