Wasserqualität der Pools ist schlecht, man sieht kaum auf den Boden, die 2 Pools sind viel zu klein für so viele Gäste. Am Abend gibt es so wenige Sitzplätze das man kaum etwas trinken gehen kann und wenn man einen Platz bekommen hat trinkt man aus Papp Bechern egal ob Bier oder Wein, da kann ich gleich auf ein Festival gehen. Wenn man im Pool Bereich eine Liege bekommen will ist man um 07:00 Uhr am Morgen leider schon zu spät aufgestanden! Unterhaltungsangebote wie Tennisplatz, Tischtennis, Dart oder Minigolf gibt es in diesem Hotel nur in der Beschreibung, in echt gibt es das nicht! Wenn man ein Spa Angebot war nehmen möchte muss man sich darauf einstellen mit einem buss woanders hin gebracht zu werden oder zu Fuß in ein anderes Hotel gehen zu müssen. Die Zimmer sind ganz ok aber teilweise funktionieren die Dinge nicht wie Türen, Brausekopfhalter gibt es nicht und in unserem Zimmer ist das stockbett für die Kinder so lang das einfach die Balkontür nur ein kleines Stück aufgeht. Alles in allem eines der schlechtesten Hotels in denen wir je waren. P.S. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist sehr gut!

We are sorry to hear that in some aspects you feel that our services were not up to standard. Taking this opportunity we would like to mention that our pools are regularly and thoroughly cleaned as per our high standard Hygiene Protocols. The use of paper cups is a safe practice for the protection of children where ever they have access, as our hotels has the pleasure of hosting a large number of families. Please note that court, table tennis, darts or mini golf are always available in this hotel and they are not only mentioned in the description. All guests who wish to enjoy them they may contact the Entertainment team or the hotel's reception. It is of great importance to us that our Entertainment provides discreet services and it may never be considered as pressure from our valuable guests. We would also like to kindly mention that there is no spa services in our hotel's discerption, though if our guests wish to enjoy this kind of service we make sure that they may do so, at our sister hotel, next door.
