Dear Georges, We would like to thank you for spending your valuable time to bring your feedback to our attention. We are genuinely concerned to read your comments about rooms, hotel, food, drinks and the beach although it seems that you were disappointed with the location of the resort (something that most of our guests are really keen on with). Esperos Mare Resort is one of the most well-designed 4 star plus hotels in the island. The design of our hotel as well as the rooms are fully described and displayed on our website and in all our partners’ brochures. We felt rather surprised with your further comments about the hotel which is in direct contrast to what the majority of our guests believe so. This can be further substantiated by the numerous awards that we have receive from Tour Operators and the excellent reviews posted on Trip advisor and Holiday Check lately who placed Esperos Mare on a high level of ranking for hotels in Greece. As far as the position of the hotel, ‘on the beach’, it is perfectly described on our website and all Tour Operators’ brochures that we cooperate with. As a matter of fact, we are very fortunate to have sea view from all of our guestrooms regardless the room type. In order to achieve that, the resort is built on the beach and the Blue Flag awarded sunny beach can be reached through a few steps. Esperos Mare is a member of the family of Esperia Group Hotels and was deliberately designed after the vision of the owners and the markets demand, not only for a resort that would offer outstanding customer service, but also for a resort in the cosmopolitan island of Rhodes, guaranteeing relaxation as well as high quality of products. Once again thank you for your feedback and very much hope that perhaps you might choose to return in the future should your travel plans call for a trip to Rhodes.
