Generell hat man das Gefühl, den Großteil seines Urlaubs damit zu verbringen, auf den Hotelbus zu warten, da man sonst z.T. ohne Wanderschuhe nicht zu seinem Zimmer zurück kommt. Qualität, Auswahl, Dekoration und Hitzegrad des Essens lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig; an den Bars muss man Aufgrund von Unterbesetzung Ewigkeiten auf die Getränke warten. Die Strandsituation ist eine Unverschämtheit: 1. alte, verrostete Gartenliegen- nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Diese gehören zu dem Strandclub nebenan und sind kostenpflichtig! 2. Obwohl man All Inclusive gebucht hat, bekommt man am Strand 1 Getränk pro Tag pro Person. Erst wenn man sich beschwert, bekommt man Voucher. Da niemand an den Strand gehen will, sind die 2 Pools im Hotel hoffnungslos überfüllt und schon jetzt in der Nebensaison ist es unmöglich, einen Liegeplatz zu bekommen. Es mangelt an Abendunterhaltung und das Sportangebot ist ein Witz ( das "Fitnesscenter" ist ein kleiner, unbenutzter Flur vor einem Aufzug und die 4 (!) Geräte sind z.T. alt oder funktionieren nicht; die Kurse (5-6 pro Woche) werden für jeweils eine halbe Stunde von einer unausgebildeten, unmotivierten Person behelfsweise vor der Bar abgehalten! Lichtblicke: die Anlage ist wirklich schön, das neue Spa ist toll und das Servicepersonal in jedem Bereich des Hotels ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

We have fully investigated all the issues that you have brought to our attention and would like to comment your points. • As you know the hotel is built around a flourishing hill that allows the guests to have an overlooking sea-view from all the areas and to walk around inhaling the essential oils spread on the air. In order to facilitate our guests, we have applied a shuttle bus which circulated every twenty minutes around our property to the beach. • We will keep in our mind your observation about the dishes that were not enough hot, however our rich menu and restaurant set up found the approbation by the majority of our guests. • Concerning the drinks of All inclusive on the beach Ammades , our guests have not a restriction of the number of drinks as determined by All inclusive basis.
