Aus DeutschlandSuper schöne Anlage und schönes Meer! Zimmer, Essen, Trinken und Rezeption waren echt schlecht! Kos gerne wieder aber nicht das Hotel! Zimmer sehr alt!
Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt! Es gab keine Fächer in den Schränken sodass man seinen Koffer nicht Ordentlich ausräumen konnte, das Badezimmer war echt übel, sehr dreckig und teilweise defekt! Es wurde 4 Tage das Bad nicht geputzt, haben Test mit Zahnpasta gemacht. Zudem war die Klimaanlage bei Anreise defekt, welche aber recht schnell repariert wurde.
Für AllInclusive bin ich anderes gewohnt. Das Essen hat sich wirklich jeden Tag wiederholt! Bis auf 2 Gerichte die anders waren! Die Getränke waren ungeniesbar, aus dem Automaten alles ohne Kohlensäure! (Cola,Fanta, e.t.c) und alles mit viel Süßstoff! Das Bier war gut :). Und dann gab es nur All in Bis 23h ab dann muss man selbst für Wasser und Saft bezahlen! Das geht gar nicht!
Das Personal war immer sehr schnell und echt Nett. Ausnahme waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption! Das Hotel ist sehr auf Franzosen eingestellt. Es War sehr schwer sich auch auf Englisch mit der Rezeption zu unterhalten. Oft konnten sie einen nicht verstehen.
Das Hotel ist nicht zentral , bis zum nächsten Dorf mit geschäften, geht man ca 20 min am Strand lang, was bei 37 Grad schon blöd sein kann oder halt Taxi für 8 Euro . Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt mit viel zu überteuerten Preisen ! Ein anderer kleiner Supermarkt 15 min die Straße runter und 20% billiger.

Es gab für die Kinder einen Miniclub und auch Aktivitäten über Tag z.B Wasser Gym oder Basketball oder Volleyball. Aber wenn Kind kein Englisch spricht ist man aufgeschmissen! Animation spricht nur Englisch oder Französisch. Für Deutsche Kinder ehr nicht zu empfehlen auch das Animation programm * Comedy Show * z.B nur auf Englisch und Französisch wobei man das Englisch nich gut verstanden hat.

Dear valued guest, we would like to thank you for all your comments and to express to you our sorrow for not being completely satisfied with your holidays in our Hotel. Regarding the location of our Hotel, the distances to Mastihari village and to Kos Town, the food & beverages that we are offering in our A.I. program (in which departments and at what hours) and the duration of our A.I. program, all the relative information is available in the brochures and the sites of all the T.O.’s that we are co operating with. Please note that the A.I. drinks may have a bit different taste from the branded ones, since they are all local products. Regarding the food, we are offering a large selection of choices from Greek and International cuisine daily in our Main Restaurant and different thematic cuisines every night in our Themed Restaurant. Our Hotel accommodates guests from many different nationalities and it’s not made only for the French. Our Reception Manager and two more members of our Reception staff, the Maitre of our Main Restaurant and two waiters and one of our two bartenders in the Main Bar, are speaking German. Besides that, the majority of our guests for this season, are from Germany. Regarding the cleanliness of our rooms, we would like to assure you that all our chambermaids are experienced, they use only the suitable materials and they clean daily the rooms following the proper procedure. Once again we are very sorry that you didn’t enjoy your holidays in our Hotel, as much as you expected.
