Für uns als Familienurlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern war das Hotel nicht passend. Essenszeiten waren zu spät, Hotelangestellte genervt, wenn man nach Snacks gefragt hat. Es gab zu viele +16 Bereiche, Kinderessen war jeden Tag das gleiche. Hochbett im Zimmer zu gefährlich für kleine Kinder. Toll waren Kinderbecken, Spielplatz und Angestellte im Kids Club.
Schon beim Check-In unfreundlich behandelt. Wichtige Informationen wurden nicht vermittelt. Viele Angestellte scheinen desinteressiert und genervt.
Wenn man nur im Hotel bleiben möchte, ist die Lage sehr schön.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that, according to our all-inclusive concept, food is available throughout the day as follows: breakfast in the main restaurant from 07:00 to 10:00, late breakfast from 10:00 to 12:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:30, snacks at the Beach Bar from 13:00 to 17:00, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:30. Please note that our resort is divided into three areas: the Beach Resort (no age limit), West Bay (adults only), and the Villas (adults only). Regarding the bunk beds, we would like to inform you that additional safety protection can be installed upon request. Our Guest Relations Team or Reception would have been happy to assist you with this during your stay. We take all guest comments and complaints very seriously, and we sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet all of your expectations on this occasion.
