Aus ÖsterreichDie direkte Strandlage ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Größe des Hotels ist sehr angenehm, dadurch ist beim Essen kein großer Wirbel. Der Platz für die Liegen, bzw. die Anzahl der Liegen ist leider nicht ausreichend. Am Strand (10 Schritte von der Hotelwiese entfernt) werden die Liegen verrechnet. Negativ finde ich auch, dass der Safe (€ 20,--/Woche) und WLAN (€ 25,--/Woche) verrechnet werden. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel sollten solche Angebote inkludiert sein. Der Badetuchwechsel war etwas umständlich. Man mußte immer bei der Rezeption darum bitten, damit ein Zimmermädchen neue brachte. Eine Station beim Poll wäre einfacher.
Wir bekamen ein größeres Zimmer als wir gebucht hatten.
Im Großen und Ganzen war das Essen nicht schlecht. Es wurde abends immer gegrillt. Beim Frühstück wurde aber am dritten Tag die Salami durch eine billigere Wurst ersetzt.
Das Personal war sehr fleißig. Die Tische wurden sehr schnell abgeräumt, damit die nächtsten Gäste Platz hatten.
Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, aber der Ort an sich bietet nichts.

Moreover, regarding your mention about the replace of the salami of our breakfast menu, we would like to notice that some of our dishes are changed in order to keep a good variety of available dishes. Regarding your notice about the bath towels, we would like to inform that our housekeeping team visits all the rooms twice a day, and the towels are changed daily. Moreover, we are able to change the towels for more than the regular changing time, upon request.
