In regard to the water slides, we understand it can be disappointing for parents not to accompany their children. However, for safety reasons, our slides have a minimum height requirement and our safety policy is in place to ensure all guests — especially children — can enjoy the facilities securely. Regarding the children's activities, we aim to offer a wide range of entertainment options, many of which are included in the all-inclusive package. A small number of activities may have an extra cost and are optional. Thank you again for your feedback — it’s valuable in helping us improve.
