Additionally, it makes us glad to read that you appreciated all the efforts our team made to fulfil yours and each guest’s wishes. With regards to your remark about the limited kids activities, we are sorry that you were not able to enjoy the whole range that we normally provide. Due to COVID 19, unfortunately, we had to temporarily adjust our offering so to strengthen the health and safety standards. It goes without saying that when vaccinations start and we all get back to our normal lives, we will reinstate all our services and operations to the usual high standard offerings Grecotel is distinguished for.
