Anlage super, die Zimmer mangelhaft

Anlage, Personal und Essen waren super! Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und die Einrichtung teilweise defekt. Betten für Kinder kaputt, Zimmer spärlich eingerichtet. Duscharmaturen defekt, Abflüsse dreckig, Toilettenspülung defekt, Lüftungsgitter der Klimaanlage teilweise verschlossen. Minibar nicht immer gefüllt, silikondichtungen verschimmelt……..

Dear Guest, Every single staff member and management of Grecotel Kos Imperial would like to warmly thank you for choosing our resort for your holiday and for taking the time to share your first-hand experience on Holiday Check. Firstly, we always strive to please our guests as it is our primary concern. Thus, thank you for highlighting the services that you were keen on during your stay such as our facilities, our staff and the food of our restaurants. Although, it is apparent that certain aspects of our assistance did not fully please you and we are quite saddened about that. Regarding the room and bathroom state, we would like to inform you, that within the 22 years of life of this resort, we perform heavy & light maintenance works on a daily basis, as well as all necessary improvements, that confirm and support the 5-star quality of our resort. Moreover, we have already started a large renovation plan, that is going to continue and will reflect the absolute quality, that Grecotel Hotels & Resorts are proud for. Although, thank you for notifying us and we apologize that we did not accomplish to satisfy you on that domain. As our main purpose is to exceed the expectations, it deeply saddens us to know that we did not manage to do so. Regarding your valuable comments, we wish to inform you that all has been collected and shared with our colleagues. This way, the management will discuss the possibility of making some adjustments that will improve our operation and services.
