Aus DeutschlandDie Unterkunft ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. An einigen Stellen müßten Nachbesserungen vorgenommen werden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr fleißig. Im Poolbereich und am Strand war jedoch das reservieren der Liegen sehr nervig. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wer allerdings auf deutsche Kommunikation bauen muss, hat es schwierig. Die a la carte Restaurant waren ausgezeichnet.

Regarding the room state, we would like to inform you, that within the 22 years of life of this resort, we perform heavy & light maintenance works on a daily basis, as well as all necessary improvements, that confirm and support the 5-star quality of our resort. Moreover, regarding the sun loungers, allow us to explain the situation to you. Our hotel policy is a non - reservation policy. For that reason, we have assigned colleagues who remove the towels.
