Dear Mr. Achim, I would like to thank you for choosing Hersonissos Village as your holiday resort, as well as for taking the time to review our hotel on the internet. Most of our dishes are prised by our guests and I feel sorry that we did not meet your expectation on that matter. Concerning the payment of fridge and A/C are free of charge in our hotel. All Inclusive bands are cut off the guests hand on the moment they step in to the bus and not at 12 o'clock as would be normally the case.
