Aus DeutschlandAlso was Auswirkung und Ausblick betrifft, ist dies eine traumhafte Hotelanlage. Aber genau betrachtet handelt es sich eher um eine 3 Sterne Anlage für wenig anspruchsvolle Gäste. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit der Größe einer Behindertentoilette. Zugang zum Zimmer nur über die Terrassentür, die halb geöffnet gegen das Bett stößt. Duschkabine nur für schmale Personen geeignet. Duschvorhang ist ein Witz. Zimmer roch extrem schimmelig. Tausch zum Familyroom am nächten Tag war ok. Zimmer etwas grösser aber genau so abgewohnt und müffelig.Essen ohne große Auswahl und geschmacklich sehr eintönig. Keine regionalen Speisen wie Gyros, Bifteki, gef. Weinblätter oder Souvlaki. Sehr schade. Kein wirkliches All inclusive, da ohne Kaffee, Longdrinks und Cocktails. Kein Getränk in Minibar. Ganz übel. Bar zu klein und Speisesaal ist eher Speiseraum einer Jugendherberge. Fazit:Ausblick und Lage super, aber Zimmer und Essen sind stark verbesserungswürdig.

Wenig Auswahl und Abwechselung. Geschmacklich sehr langweilig und wenig bis garkeine regionale Speisen. Kein wirkliches All inklusive (kein Kaffee, Longdrinks, Cocktail inclusive). Minibar leer.
Service wirkte oft überfordert und langsam. Lächeln war nur vor dem Speisesaal zu sehen aber sonst wirkte Personal etwas genervt.
Toller Ausblick ins Tal und in die Bucht! Traumhaft!

If a Guest is dissatisfied in the resort we always look for a solution to resolve this as we did immediately in your case.
