Aus Deutschlandüberbelegtes Hotel Zimmer sehr staubig Schimmel- und Kalkflecken Frühstück und Abendessen gut Mittag nur Pommes und Nudeln jeden Tag Gäste unterschiedlich, aber meist nur polnische Urlauber Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel soll angeblich 4 Sterne haben, vielleicht eher 2Sterne. Habe noch nie so ein schlechtes (4) Sterne Hotel gehabt wo gar nix passt! Wir werden nie wieder dorthin fahren!
Größe war angemessen, jedoch unter den Betten, auf den Betten, im und auf den Schränken Staub. Fernseher mit 2 deutschen Programmen vorhanden, sowie Kühlschrank, Fön und Klimaanlage. Badezimmer gammelte vor Kalk und Schimmelflecken. Nachdem die Reinigungskraft da war, hatten wir auf dem Toilettenrand im Waschbecken und sogar im Bett fremde schwarze Haare. Die Sauberkeit ließ wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Wasser aus der Leitung schmeckt nach Salz.
Frühstück und Abendessen hat man im Restaurant, welches jedoch sehr warm war eingenommen. Das schmeckte uns immer gut. Mittagessen gab es an der Poolbar. Es gab jeden Tag Pommes und Nudeln. Dort durfte man dann mit Wildkatzen essen und im Durchzug sitzen, oder es gab gar keinen Platz und man musste bis zu 45 min. aufs Essen warten.
Personal kann freundlich sein, Deutsch und englisch können sie fast alle Zimmerreinigung unmöglich: Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel nur auf Nachfrage oder wir haben uns die Handtücher selber holen müssen Staub haben wir selbst geputzt, da wir nachts immer Hustenanfälle bekamen. zusätzliche Serviceleistungen gab es keine Wenn man sich beschwert hat, wurde man vertröstet und es passierte nix
Flughafentransfer ca. 30 min. Fluglärm vorhanden Strandnähe eher 800m zu erreichen über einen engen Weg, vorsicht Hundekot, mit Kinderwagen nicht zu erreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 1km Fußmarsch nächste Bushaltestelle sehr weit steile Hanglage

Freizeitangebote: es gibt einen verwahrlosten Fussballplatz Basketballplatz und Minigolfanlage, aber mit viel Unkraut und dort wurde vermutlich nie wieder was gemacht. Vorsicht! Es gibt keine Badehandtücher für den Pool. Pool: es gibt ein großen Pool und sperates Minikinderbecken, welches aber von betrunkenen Urlauber zweckentfremdet wird und Kinder keinen Platz mehr haben zum schwimmen. und einen kleineren Pool mit intigrierten Kinderbecken. Sonnenschirme und Liegen sind zu wenig. Spielplatz: eine Rutsche und eine Wippe umsät von spitzen Kieselsteinen und Unkraut. Unser Sohn wollte nicht dort spielen. Öffentliche Toiletten waren ekelerregend.

Dear Enrico, I would like to thank you for spending your holiday at Hersonissos Village, and show you our appreciation for taking time in reviewing our hotel. Reviews, that are helpful for us in order to keep a continuous effort in improving our services and facilities. Although I could not help but to mention some point in your review in order to clear the sky. Our lunch menu is prepared by a Cretan Chef specialized in Cretan delicacies, we have a two week rotation menu in order to avoid the repetitiveness of a dish. Keeping that in mind every day we offer a different type of pasta, meat or fish as well as potatoes served in variant cooking styles, fresh fruit and salads. As to the waiting time for lunch at the moment we are working on expending the capacity of the restaurant, taking in note your review. The location of the hotel has been wisely selected in order to offer the maximum view to our guests, a fact that we are particular proud of. Although something that has drawbacks, but clearly stated in our website, is a small walk uphill, and a 400 meter walk to the nearest beach as has been measurred. I would like to apologize if the room was not adequately cleaned and to inform you that we are taking measures in securing a correct cleaning procedure. Part of that has been that for number of years the hotel rooms are cleaned daily, while towels and linen are changed every 2 and 3 days respectively. Concerning the cats, is a problem we are trying to solve for a long period now, although, cats seem to find always the way back to their home, making our task very hard, as we would not like to take fatal measures. Finally, the tap water of our hotel is regulated monthly by an authorized company assuring that it is according to EU and Greek regulations. Although in almost every hotel in Crete one will not find the best quality of drinkable water, as the island is running low on water supply during the hot months, a fact that leads hoteliers, to desalinating sea water. I am very sorry you did not have the best of holidays in our hotel, It has always been the goal of the hotel to offer the best service possible, and always with a smile to the guest.
