Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig! Uns hat das Sportangebot gefehlt. Service und Essen waren zufriedenstellend.
Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war das Badezimmer. Dies war verschmutzt und müsste dringend mal saniert werden. Die Dusche war nur mittels eines Vorhanges abgetrennt. Nach dem Duschen war das gesamte Badezimmer überflutet.
Das Dessert-Buffet war top und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Mahlzeiten-Buffets waren immer sehr ähnlich, also eher eintönig! Es hat uns geschmeckt, aber wir hätten lieber mehr Abwechslung gehabt!
Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben sich bemüht!

We always take seriously under consideration all our guests’ remarks, as we believe we can use them as guideline to our services. We are very glad that you were satisfied with your stay in general and you had a relaxing holiday. Please, allow us to reply on your comments: Concerning to your comment about our food, we kindly mention that it is nearly impossible to satisfy all of our guests, especially when it comes to food. We have prepared a 2 week menu for the main restaurant so that the guests that stay for more than 1 week will not find it repetitive. If you had informed us about your dissatisfaction with our menu, we could, in cooperation with our chef, change a part of the menu to your preference, as guests’ satisfaction is our first priority. With full respect to your comment about the hygiene of the bathroom, we would like to inform you that our rooms are being cleaned on a daily basis 7 times per week. Our cleaning products are approved and follow all the European laws (ISO & CE) regarding their environmental friendliness. As a public place in all the departments and areas of the hotel we are obliged to be on a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. We strictly follow all the sanitary requirements. It is really a pity, that you did not contact us, as it could make your stay more comfortable. In conclusion, we always willing to help and to find solutions for any issue a Guest may encounter during the stay.
