Aus Deutschlandkein richtiges Restaurant, eher ein Oktoberfestzelt - besonders ärgerlich bei 3 Tage Regenwetter, man musste vom Buffet durch den Regen in das "Zelt" oder irgendwie provisorische Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wird im Katalog ganz anders vorgestellt. Es gibt gar kein Restaurant am Meer, nur für Extra Zahler. Und selbst das ist nicht besonders erwähnenswert. Zu viele Stufen innerhalb der Anlage, man muß ständig schauen, wo der nächste Absatz, die nächsten Stufen oder Schräge ist. Fürchterlich. Viele Gäste kamen immer wieder ins straucheln oder stolpern, für Ältere (die wir nun noch nicht sind) überhaupt nicht geeignet. Das sollte unbedingt auf ihrer Website vermerkt werden. Wäre sonst absolut unfair.

Dear Mrs Louise, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate your holiday experience in our hotel. We feel sorry that the weather conditions, which were really not the expected for the season, have not allow you to enjoy your stay with us. With respect to your opinion we'd like to clarify that our main restaurant is located among our gardens and nature so some positions have been designed to be at open air, which is always very welcomed by our guests. However, other positions are covered on the top as to allow our guests enjoy their meals without being annoyed by the sun or even by the rain. We'd also like to emphasize on the general structure of our hotel, which is a wide spread hotel, therefore it's flat and without to many stairs. We are sorry you have not noticed the ramps as well as the handrails, not mentioning the elevators that accommodate our buildings which do not exceed the two floors. Finally, our hotel is well-known as a "family friendly" one; also many repeaters with mobility issues prefer to come back every year.
