Mittelmäßiges Hotel welches jegliche Erwartungen weit unterschreitet. Mutmaßliche Fehlinformationen, dass es zu keiner Reklamation kommt inklusive. Die schlechten Bewertungen hier sind ernstzunehmen.
Das erste Zimmer (Standard Doppelzimmer), das wir bekommen haben, entsprach einer Abstellkammer. Dunkel (nur ein kleines Fenster mit direkten Poolblick), das Badezimmer entsprach der größe das Schlafbereiches. Nach einer Anfrage für einen Zimmerwechsel kamen wir von der "Abstellkammer" in den "Keller". Das zweite Zimmer war nur unwesentlich besser. Möchte man dieses Hotel wirklich buchen, kann ich nur empfehlen mindestens das Deluxe Doppelzimmer zu buchen, dieses dürfte in Ordnung sein.
Grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, entspricht jedoch nicht der Kategorie. Allgemein eher fade und grundsätzlich immer kalt. Eine frische Portion Spiegeleier kommt zB schon kalt aus der Küche.
Personal an der Standbar + Consierge: 6 Sonnen Das restliche Personal fühlt sich eher nur für offensichtlich wohlhabende Gäste zuständig. Grüßen ist hier ein Fremdwort.
Erstklassiger Standabschnitt mit schöner Aussicht zur Insel. Leider öffentlicher Strandabschnitt direkt daneben, daher viele Hotelfremde Gäste an die auch vom Hotel Liegen vergeben werden.

Dear Mrs Sandra, It is really sad to be aware that almost nothing in our hotel did not match your preferences or expectations. We appreciate any comment of yours while some seem rather unfair. Let us inform you that according to Greek legislation no beach is characterized as private and all are public. Also, allow us to strongly state here that No discrimination is welcomed in our hotel while we all work and offer our services to people from all over the world and from different status as well. Concerning the food we would really be happy to know your comments & preferences during your stay as then we could only do anything better for you. It is also sad to hear about no sports or entertainment while our hotel provides one fitness room, one open air gym both fully equipped and one brand new paddle tennis court along with ping pong and billiards.
