High Beach Resort

Dear Guest, thank you for your time to share your personal opinion about our hotel. We always take seriously under consideration all our guests’ remarks, as we believe we can use them as guideline to our services. We are very glad that you appreciated our very nice facility ! Please, allow us to reply on your comments: Concerning to your comment about our food, we kindly mention that we are extremely careful regarding what we serve by using the best ingredients that we have in the local market. About the food quality all kinds of meat and vegetables we serve are fresh and cooked with local organic olive oil. All our fruits are fresh and replaced daily so we keep the best quality level we can. The pastries are fresh and made in house. All the ingredients we use are being selected carefully and they have the approval of the Greek Ministry of Agricultural Growth and Food. The main restaurant offers on a daily basis more than 30 different recipes that differ day by day, more than 15 different fresh salads and we have a live show cooking during breakfast, lunch and dinner. We understand that it is nearly impossible to satisfy all of our guests, especially when it comes to food, where the personal taste is something unique and everybody respects. We have prepared a 2 week menu for the main restaurant so that the guests that stay for more than 1 week will not find it repetitive. If you had informed us about your dissatisfaction with our menu, we could, in cooperation with our chef, change a part of the menu to your preference, as guests’ satisfaction is our first priority. Concerning to your comment about the hygiene of the room, we would like to inform you that our rooms are being cleaned on a daily basis 7 times per week. Our cleaning products are approved and follow all the European laws (ISO & CE) regarding their environmental friendliness. As a public place in all the departments and areas of the hotel we are obliged to be on a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. We strictly follow all the sanitary requirements. It is really a pity, that you did not contact us, as it could make your stay more comfortable. In conclusion, we always willing to help and to find solutions for any issue a Guest may encounter during the stay.
