Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Das ist aber auch das einzig positive. Snacks gibt es nur an der Poolbar und müssen bei der Bedienung angefordert werden. Gerne wird man hier ignoriert. Besonders Kinder werden nicht beachtet!
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Insbesondere das Zustellbett für Kinder eine Katastrophe und eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Wir hatten die Hälfte unseres Urlaubs keine funktionierende Toilette und wurden jeden Tag mit anderen Ausreden abgefertigt.
Stark verschmutztes Geschirr im Speiseraum. Snacks musste man drum betteln. Kinder wurden nicht bedient oder nur, wenn Eltern dabei waren. Alleine hat unsere Tochter nicht mal ein Eis bekommen! Getränke waren miserabel. Alle nichtalkoholischen Getränke hatten einen merkwürdigen Nachgeschmack.
Nur Ausreden, Gespräche falsch wiedergegeben und man wurde als Lügner dargestellt. Für den Handtuchwechsel wird neben der Kaution eine Wechselgebühr erhoben für jeden (!) Wechsel! Das wurde vorher natürlich nicht gesagt.
Toller Strand. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel mitten im Partyviertel. In der Anlage bekommt man davon jedoch nicht viel mit.

We would like to assure you that, every remark from our guests is always a welcome and useful comment which is taken into consideration by us in order to enrich even more our high grade services. With full respect to your subjective point of view, please allow us to respond to your review. Concerning your comment about the room, this is very hard to understand, as all of the members are always trying to keep our Guests happy and satisfied in a nice atmosphere. Our maintenance team is a 16 hours practise and if a Guest reports an issue at the reception desk, we take immediate an action to solve it. Regarding the comments in the dinning room, we kindly note that we have received excellent words about the atmosphere at the main restaurant. We wish, you would have contacted us on the matter during your meal, in order for us to take immediate care. The management is present around the clock and eager to resolve any problem, aiming at providing the maximum satisfaction. Also, our liitle guests under 14 years old, for several security reasons, they must be always accompanied by an adult. In conclusion we would like to mention that our hotel is a paradise for children, since it caters for a variety of entertainment options that all our junior guests love. The Kids Club facilities include a colorful playroom, a place to watch cartoons, plus animation shows and performances. In addition, our little guests can enjoy entertainment evenings by dancing to sounds of our mini disco, just for them. We provide special programs for Mom & Babies to make the vacations of families as comfortable as possible. As our focus is to keep all our guests happy in order to enjoy their holidays, we strongly recommend to our guests to contact our always available departments as the best possible solution can be found in our premises along with consultation.
