Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel concerning your recent stay. We always take seriously under consideration all our guests’ comments, as we try to always upgrade our services. It is such a pleasure to hear that our location next to the sandy beach of Malia managed to satisfy your vacation requirements. With respect to your point of view, we would like to clarify that all sleeping equipment of our hotel is recently renewed (less that 5 years). All our mattresses in our Deluxe Suites are provided by COCO_MAT, a well known brand, famous for the sleeping quality offered. We would like to apologize if our daily cleaning routine did not manage to satisfy you as the initial one. Our cleaning personnel cleans all rooms daily, applying all covid-19 restriction protocols, which include not touching any guest personal items. As you understand this can affect fundamentally the quality of the cleaning process offered, depending on every guest's individual routines.
