Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Anlage und aufmerksames Personal. Man kann an der Rezeption auch Ausflüge buchen, die aber im Vergleich relativ teuer sind, also vielleicht lieber online schauen.
Sehr sauber, Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ausblick vom Premium Garten Zimmer.
Die Buffets sind gut, vor allem die Auswahl an Früchten ist super. Mittags wird auch am Strand gekocht, damit man nicht ins Hotel muss. Das beste Restaurant bei weitem ist das dominikanische. Leider ist es nur zwei Mal die Woche offen, deswegen nur 4 Sterne.
Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und alle sind sehr nett!
Es gibt einen öffentlichen und privaten Strand. Anscheinend ist auch das Dorf Bayahibe zu Fuß erreichbar, aber wir waren nicht dort.

Standup Paddle, Katamaran und Tretboot kann man kostenlos ausleihen. Gegen 20€ Pfandgebühr (die man zurück bekommt) kann man Schnorchelequipment ausleihen und die vielen Fische und Seesterne am Hotelstrand erkunden.
