Dieses Agriturismo präsentiert sich im Internet ganz gut, bietet aber nicht im Ansatz was versprochen wird. Es gibt kein Internet und TV in den Zimmern. Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft. Die Gastronomie ist schlecht und absolut überteuert (1 Teller Nudeln 10€ + 0.5l schlechter Wein für 10€). Dieses Agriturismo ist lediglich für Ökofreaks und alt 68'er empfeh lenswert. An alle anderen die sich für diese Unterkunft interessieren, machen Sie einen grossen Bogen darum.

    Dear Guest, i remember you and i'm really very sad, to read your very bad review, because...: 1) First of All, it's absolutely lying that we have "TV" and this information is not written anywhere (in particular, from our official website, where you have booked...). About the internet Wi-Fi, for all peoples able to read, is clearly written in all languages...: "Auf Anfrage erhältlich: ADSL Internet-Service in Zimmer" or " Free internet Wi-Fi service in the rooms on demand", for example... So, you have selected and expressly required our "romantic junior suite" (the room n° 12), in your booking, that is one of the 3 rooms only, without internet Wi-Fi (it's a room all in original stone and wood in the middle building, that is the only building, with 3 rooms only, that is not covered by the Wi-Fi...). However, the Wi-Fi is always on and free, in the restaurant and breakfast hall and in the others shared areas... 2) The street is a normal mountain street and we are reached from many peoples from all World, without any special problem...: absolutely false, that it's necessary the SUV, for to travel in our area (perhaps, if you are not very skilled in driving ...). 3) This is an other of your false and defamatory statement, because i have spoken with you in english, without any problem and i have offered you, immediately, the option to change the room (that you have specifically requested at time of booking ..), with a room with a very good Wi-Fi service...: but, for to be honest, because you have request me the German TV (to use by internet streaming...), i have specified you, that our ADSL speed is not too fast, for a perfect stremaing's performance, because is a 8 Mbit ADSL only, shared on 3/4 rooms... Moreover, you have required the early check-out (you are stayed 1 nigth only, on 3 nigths originally booked, in high season period...) and we have applied our cancellation policy for 1 nigth only and not for all remaining nigths (2 nigths...)...: more helpfull than that, I have not been able, i'm sorry...! Besides, we still waiting your payment also, of the small dinner that you have consumed on the first night (37.50 Euro), that you have "forgot" to pay, during your check-out... 4) About the dinner's price, we offer the best quality available, with our homemade products, biorganic ingredients, local and farm produced cheeses and more... So, if you dont understand the atmosfere of our place, you search necessarily the TV in our romantic junior suite, and more...: surely, you are not able to understand our cooking and the quality of our food... Also, the red wine is a "Bonarda D.O.C.", really loved from all our guests and we have also, a selection of biorganic wines in a bottle, if you want a different qualities... To conclude..., about the ants, we clean always and frequently, but in a little period of the start of the Spring, it's almost impossible to stop the small ants, that sometime are ables to reach our buffet or some tables... 5) An other bad information...: it's really possibile to use our gym (in the summer or high spring season...), the trekking trail, various excursions just outside the main gate and on request and nearby...: tennis, golf, water's sports and horse riding... 6) Our rooms are very clean and the TV is not present and not indicated in the websites...: maybe, you have thinked to have booked in an other farm holidays, but not in "Al-Marnich"... So, for to conclude..., about your suggestions for the others readers...: - we are a perfect place for the family with childrens also, because we have many animals of the farm... - we are a perfect and very request place for the romantic couples (if you dont want a TV in the romantic junior suite and in your country language...), for the atmosphere, for the view and because some specials rooms are with a romantic fireplace (like the room n° 12, that you have booked/required...: i have asked you for to start the fireplace, 3 times..., and you never wanted to turn it on, even though it was included in the room rate ...
