Dear Guest, i'm sorry for the mistake during your check-in and i now that you have booked a big superior room, with a panoramic view and a baby cot...: unfurtunally, we have inverted the 2 last guests still missing, during the check-in, and you are stayed in the smaller standard double room, that we have... But, you have required an early check-out (2 nigths in advance, over 3 nigths booked...) and we have accepted without any penality, having admitted of course, our mistake during your check-in... In any case, about your others comments, i thinks that also with the correct superior double room, our place was not indicated and adapted for you...: 1) our rooms are rustic and all differents...: so, you have seen one small standard double room only, that is cosy and with a romantic fireplace, but not good for a family with a baby bed and a long stay (3/4 nigths or more...). The animal's noise that you mean, it's very rare but normal, in a genuine farm holidays (we are not an "Hotel") where are various animals (goats, pigs, sheepdogs, chickens...). 2) About the breakfast, you are arrived later (near the time-limit...: 10.00 A.M.) and you have asked me, 2 "capuccino" only and some bread with butter...: we have a big buffet, in an other hall, with homemade cakes, various homemade jams, goats and cow cheese, original and local "salame", cacao and corn flakes..., fresh milk, yogurt, and more... 3) The Wi-Fi in your room is off, because the last year (when you are stayed in our holidays farm...) is on demand and not free...: i dont have received any request from you, in the reservation and after, about the wi-fi service... Now, the Wi-Fi is full free and surely available on demand, in 10 rooms minimum... 4) The distance from the come lake, is 8 Km only and the street for to reach us, really is not too so difficult... However, i think that your decision to leave 2 nigths before, was been conditioned by your personal difficulty to drive in our area, instead of the accommodation problem...: i have offer you, the option to change the room for the 2 others nigths, and to stay in a nice superior double room, with panoramic terrace and baby bed, like your original reservation (not respected for the first nigth only, for a check-in mistake). To conclude, we was excused for the check-in error and for the small room without baby cot place, but we have offer you the 2 others nigths, in a nice big superior double room + we have offered you, for to excuse us, a special discount for the dinners, that you dont have taken in consideration and you do not have tried our restaurant, not even the first nigth...
