Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment. We are glad you enjoyed your stay us and that you had a nice time. Nevertheless, please let me disagree with you on at least one point which concerns food. I first have to note that you did not try our food. You mention that there is little choice. Let me explain how it works. We have a menu that changes every day. When dining with us, you will receive 4 starters (not 4 to choose from, but all 4 of them). Then you can choose between one fish, one meat, one chicken and one vegetarian dish. Finally, you can choose between 2-3 desserts. Which means that each meal consists of at 6 different dishes. In one week, you would have tried, 28 starters, 7 main dishes and another 7 desserts. All that is proposed for the price of 14 Euros per person (price of 2021). For breakfast, the list would really be too long to mention but again the choice is very large and some dishes are different every day and contrary to the vast majorities of hotels (even 4* or 5*), all our omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs etc. are made fresh to order and not prepared in advance. Detailed menus of Breakfast and dinner are uploaded on our website. 95% of our guests value the food at Castello Bianco with a note of 10 out of 10. I think it would be a good idea if next time you stay with us, to try our food. Concerning sport and entertainment, please note that entertainment is prohibited in all Greece during the pandemic. We normally have at least two theme nights per week. but during 2020 and 2021 we are not allowed to have them. The hotel also has a fully equipped (built in 2020) fitness room. You can see all the details on our website. The fitness room is opened for the 2021 summer season (with restrictions due to COVID). We also have a massage room which again is closed because of COVID rules in 2021. What I suggest to everyone is to ask reception for questions you might have. They will guide you for all the facilities the hotel has (or does not have) and how to make your holidays the best possible. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review. Kind regards Yannis
