Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry you did not enjoy your time with us. But let me just disagree with you on the cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately, we had to clean room every 3rd day only during the COVID pandemic as the rules are concentrating towards safety above anything else. Before Covid, rooms were cleaned every day but during the pandemic, our goal was first to keep everyone safe, even if that meant some changes. And we did succeed in that as we had not even one case of Covid transmission inside the hotel during 2020 and 2021. As we all know, Covid transmission is airborne and one of the directives we had from health officials was to avoid contact as much as possible. Therefore, like the majority of other hotels, we substituted everyday cleaning with every third day cleaning. You have to take into account that in "normal" times, cleaning of a room takes around 30 minutes. In order to avoid transmission and keep everyone safe, the cleaning process took 4 hours which made it impossible for us to go through this process every day. On the other hand, hotel common places which were cleaned twice a day before Covid were cleaned 6 times a day during the pandemic in order to clean as much as possible all the places where there was a risk of transmission. We understand that all this might bring some discomfort but again during the pandemic our primary goal was to keep everyone safe at any cost. I will also disagree with you on the matter of sport as the hotel provides for free a fully equipped fitness room for all guests. We also normally have 2 special evenings every week but in 2020 and 2021 dancing and events with many people were forbidden by law. So such events just could not take place. So again, we do understand your frustration but on the other hand, we have succeeded in our main goal which was to keep everyone safe. We feel that this was more important that anything else.
