Sind im hotel angekommen und erhielten kein Frühstück. Als wir um 11:00 einchecken wollten wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das zimmer welches wir reservierten(mit Balkon) nicht bekommen würden da alles ausgebucht war. Da wir Raucher sind wollten sie uns einen Aschenbecher zur Verfügung stellen um im Zimmer zu rauchen, was ekelhaft ist!!! Als wir dann endlich ins Zimmer kamen fanden wir ein Jugendbett, welches viel zu klein für zwei Personen war vor! Das Bad ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen was uns nichts ausmachte aber als wir die Balkontüre öffneten, kam diese uns fast entgegen. Personal teilweise unfreundlich Getränkeauswahl für all Inclusive sehr bescheiden Am Pool viel zu wenig Liegen und er ist kleiner als auf den Bildern Lärm hört man ins Zimmer (jedes Wort welches draußen gesprochen wurde) Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels ein richtiger Flop! Waren zum letzten Mal hier!

    Dear Nadine, First of all let me thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Umag. Let me assure you that our guests' satisfaction is of foremost importance to us, and that we will always do our best to make our guests' have a nice and relaxing holiday experience. Let me address the issue you have mentioned with the breakfast at the day of arrival. Since breakfast is served from 7-10, that is before the check in time, our guests start with lunch and finish with breakfast on the day of departure. However, let me point out that our Snack bar Bellavista is open from 11 o'clock, serving a varied range of snacks, such as cold cuts and fruits that you would also find at breakfast, along with freshly cooked warm dishes and sweets. For those guests who arrive extra early, there is always the possibility to pay for breakfast in the restaurant. I am deeply sorry to hear you have had different issues with the room, and I would like to apologise for the trouble it may have caused. It is our strict policy to not allow smoking inside the hotel, including the rooms. The ashtrays are provided only for use at the balcony. Once again I apologise for the issue with the room type initially assigned to you. I hope the other room we moved you in, larger and of higher category comparing to the booked one, was better suiting your needs. As regards the number of sunbeds and sun umbrellas at the pool, please be informed that from this year we do also provide sun umbrellas and loungers at the beach right in front of the hotel for no extra charge for our all inclusive guest. I am really surprised to read that you have found our staff to be partially unfriendly. As can be seen from the comments on all of our platforms, we usually receive plenty of excellent feedback about our staff in general. We all put our best efforts and try to go out of our way to help our guests with all of their requests and wishes, trying to be as helpful and kind as possible in every and each occasion. I am truly sorry to hear that at this time around we were not able to convey this point. Please rest assured that we will take into consideration all of our comments in order to further improve our offer and services in our constant efforts to satisfy all of our guests' needs.
