Die Lage ist weit entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es liegt an einer 6-spurigen Straße und der Lärm ist ungebrochen in der 48. Etage zu hören. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unserem Standard (Rotweinflecken auf dem Teppich) und bei genauerem Hinsehen we nur flüchtig in dem Zimmer beiunserer Ankunft gereinigt worden.

I would also like to apologize for the issues you experienced with the room cleanliness. We were sorry to learn of such poor standards, and we have investigated the matter as soon as we received your note. I completely agree with you that in a hotel such as ours, poor standards of cleanliness are not acceptable and cannot be tolerated and, in addition to my sincere apology, you have my assurance that our associates have been briefed at length on this matter to make sure we uphold with consistency the standards and do not let something like this happen again. For what pertains to our location and transportation, we daily provide the shuttle service from the hotel to the sky train (BTS) and subway (MRT) station where you would walk to in 15 minutes walking distance. Also, or Concierge team is more than happy to arrange taxis or hotel limousines for all guests anytime.
