Thank you, very much dear guests, for your openness and honest comments. 2 areas things have really gone wrong is food and entertainment. Food. Sorry sir/madam if you had a bad experience of cold food. Thank you for acknowledging, that the food was very good when it was warm. We shall take steps to reprimand the responsible for not following the given standards by the management. Sports and Entertainment Unfortunately, you had been in the hotel in the thick of lean period in May. So, when the occupancy is very low, we do not have any entertainment. Sorry about that, but for recreation we have a range of offers which are even displayed in boards. Also, we have an animator who could have helped you out. We shall check on that too. Sorry about the construction, that’s in a total separate area, but even this has been informed to all selling partners. Let me check where we have gone wrong. Sorry its totally unintentional. I shall immediately inquire in to it and correct.
