While our location is indeed known for its tranquil atmosphere — perfect for rest and relaxation — a larger city (Ierapetra) with a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions is actually located less than 10 km away. Our team is always happy to assist with transportation or personalized recommendations for those wishing to explore more of the area. Regarding our all-inclusive package, we’re proud to offer an extensive selection of over 60 beverages in the All-inclusive package, including a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options. We’re sorry if this wasn’t made fully clear during your stay and will work on ensuring this information is better communicated moving forward. As for the gym, we appreciate your feedback. The reservation system is in place to maintain a comfortable and uncrowded environment for our guests, but we understand it may feel a bit limiting.
