Aus DeutschlandEs hat mir einfach ALLES sehr gefallen. Der perfekte Service aller Mitarbeitenden, egal in welchem Bereich, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Überall wird man freudestrahlend begrüßt und empfangen. Dabei ist das ganze Team sehr professionell und authentisch. Winterurlaub hat einen Namen: KEMPINSKI SOMABAY! Weniger hat mir der Umgang der Servicekräfte bzw. deren Vorgesetzter mit der einen(oder2) Hotelkatze(n) gefallen... Meine Empfehlung: einfach einen Futternapf (evtl.auch mit Essensresten) für die Fellnase(n) bereitstellen, dann „bettelt" sie nicht mehr, noch fühlen sich Gäste zur Fütterung aufgefordert.
