Baulärm. Insgesamt 3 Baustellen. Angrenzende Einkaufszentrum. Das im Bau befindliche (Soma) Bay Center und auf der anderen Seite der Umbau des Cascade Hotel. Es wird abgezockt wo es nur geht! Auf keinem Fall Souvenirs und Getränke im oder am Hotel kaufen. Einzig im Supermarkt kann man fair etwas kaufen.

Der Geruch nach Kanalisation im Badezimmer war Tageweise nicht auszuhalten. Es gab aber auch kein Fenster. Wir verstopften die Abflüsse mit feuchten Handtüchern. Ansonsten Schimmel und Rost im Bad. Falsch montierter Wasserhahn (Kalt an Warm, Warm an Kalt) sorgte erstmal für Verbrühungen.

Ambiente beim Essen

Drinnen kann man einfach nicht angenehm sitzen. Draußen ist es etwas besser aber dann muss man schon relative spät essen gehen, weil es im September natürlich um 18:00 noch 35C°. Das essen war insgesamt sehr Pfade. Man hätte sich auf lokale Küche mit kräftigen Gewürzen gefreut. So kam es aber nicht. Sehr viel Reis, Nudeln und Backwaren. A la cart restaurant extrem teuer.

Strand ist sehr sauber. Service ist gut & schnell. Personal sehr bemüht. Allerdings (je nach Mondstand) ist das Wasser teilweise nur Knöcheltief und man muss ein ganzes Stück reinlaufen - immerhin nicht so weit wie beim angrenzenden Hotel.

Es gibt einen "Erwachsenpool", dort hat man seine Ruhe. Ist zwar jetzt keine Spaß-Oase aber immerhin ruhig.
