  • jegliche Wünsche - selbst das Versenden von Postkarten wurden von dem Personal vollumfänglich erfüllt. Nur bei den Preisen für Ausflüge war TUI durchweg günstiger (Tripadvisor natürlich nochmal günstiger) wie die Angebote des Hotels

It is great to see that you have had a beautiful vacation with us and that you enjoyed the nice atmosphere as well as the services provided by our friendly and helpful team. We are proud to see that they fulfilled all your wishes, including sending the postcards. Due to its remote location (40 minutes from the Hurghada airport), Soma Bay is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and calm atmosphere away from the crowded and noisy streets in the city - yet we understand your point concerning the excursion availability on the peninsula. With regret, we have read your comments regarding the offered trips. This service provider is a third party and even if we cannot directly influence the prices, we will certainly sit down with the responsible management and discuss the pricing. Furthermore, we are delighted to see that the room was to your complete satisfaction and that you particularly highlighted the cleanliness in the room as well as in the whole resort. Thank you also for the positive feedback regarding the buffet, although we recognize that you remark on the quality. We have to admit, that it is a surprise to us, as the majority of our guests are impressed by our culinary offerings, especially in terms of quality- which guests will find at this level in a few other hotels on the Red Sea. Certainly, fresh and high-quality food is essential for us and we regret that you did not perceive it that way.
