Dear Daniela, Thank you for feedback about your holiday in April. We have taken note your comment and have already put on list of soft renovation to improve. For your information that the Balcony room on the building that you booked in April are renovating now. It will be completed by 31 July 2017. We do change some furniture, touch up and refreshing the atmosphere. We are glad that you love our food and staff services. Our green garden is one of our highlight for the resort. Daniela, we sincerely accept your valued feedback even you have totally differences experiences from many of our customer who stay in the same period and time. We have a lot of great review from many customer, but we understand that the expectation of each customer is differences.
