Sehr schlechtes Hotel, Essen immer kalt, Strand gleicht einer Müllhalde. Stühle und Liegen defekt. Balkontür ist nicht zu verschließen, kann von außen geöffnet werden. Seifenspender fällt im Bad ab. Im Speisesaal wird um 19.30 Uhr geputzt, wenn die Gäste beim Essen sitzen.

Dear Marion, Thank you for the feedback. First of all we are sorry you disliked your stay in our hotel. We are also a bit surprised for some of your remarks. The beach is cleaned daily and no other guest had a complaint about the cleanliness. Any maintenance problem in the room or elsewhere should be quickly mentioned at the front desk in order to solve them, like for example the balcony door which can not be closed. In case you were not satisfied with the room upon arrival the best thing to be done was again to mention it and we would have been glad to change it so that you could be satisfied.
