Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage um abends Feiern bzw. Essen zu gehen. Dem Personal war es egal ob wir unser Not cleaning Schild an die Tür hingen , sie waren manchmal unfreundlich und wir mussten einmal unser Zimmer „räumen“ weil hier Sauber gemacht werden sollte obwohl dies nicht nötig war. All inclusive kann man sich hier als 16-17 jährige komplett sparen ,da es weder Bier noch anderen Alkohol für diejenigen gibt & man muss immer ein 2€ Ticket (was man bei der Anreise bekommt) dabei haben —> ansonsten keine Getränke. Unser Bad stand nach jedem Duschgang unter Wasser , weil die Dusche so unpraktsich angebracht ist und die Abdeckung für Wasser nicht ansatzweise Ausreichte. Meistens sind wir nur beim Frühstück ins Hotelresturant wegen der Lautstärke dort , dem relativ kleinem Angebot an Auswahl von Essen und man trinken dort sich auch nicht einfach nehmen kann sondern jedes Mal zu einer Bar mit dem Getränke Ticket musste und dort auch nur ein Glas Cola mitnehmen durfte und eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken hat . Unser Ausblick auf dem Balkon bestand aus einer grauen anderen Hotelhälfte und vor uns ein Dach. Die All inclusive / Snackbar ist in einem Raum der durchgängig kalt war und es lief laute Musik die gefühlt keiner gut fand außer der Barkeeper sodass man keine Lust hatte länger als ein paar Minuten dort zu bleiben und was zu trinken/essen. An Einer anderen Bar die zum Hotel gehört hat direkt an unserem kleinen Pool , haben wir auch mit unseren Trink Tickets keine Getränke bekommen & nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde es damit begründet dass diese Bar ausschließlich für Franzosen/Engländer war und man als Deutscher dort nichts zutrinken bekommt .( Außer man kauft sie sich)

When it comes to All inclusive, as the law says minors cannot consume alcohol, therefore it is obvious that we cannot offer them beer or any type of alcohol. They have a wide range of drinks that they can consume We regret you didn't like the room, if you had contacted the reception, they would have offered another one. It is our policy to offer another room if the guest doesn't feel comfortable. Our cleaning staff works very hard to deliver the rooms according to the standards so that our clients feel comfortable. If you hang the sign on the door they will not enter. For organizational reasons we have different sections to offer drinks and food to all-inclusive people, for that reason we facilitate different areas where you can consume without having to wait or collapse the place. Our staff with total kindness will try to satisfy your needs. If you want to have your own glass that you can take wherever you want you have to leave a deposit of 2 euros that will be returned to you at the end of the trip. To consume you only need to wear the bracelet. Best regards.
