Das Hotel ist sehr gut aufgestellt. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Reinigungskraft Carmen war freundlich, fröhlich und zuvorkommend, Das galt auch für den Rezeptionistin voctor und der Noelia, die das Buffet betreut hat. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet ist sehr vielfältig und man trotzdem individuelle Wünsche zum Ausdruck bringen.
Wünsche und Anregungen wurden sofort angenommen und umgesetzt. Uns wurde das Buffet sogar eine Stunde vorher ermöglicht, weil wir so früh abreisen mussten. Das war eine super Geste, dank der Noelia der Leitung.
