Dear Mr. Wolfgang, First of all, we would like to thank you for your comment following your recent Stay at the Hotel Palacio de Santa Inés. We are delighted to know that your stay with us was pleasant and that you enjoyed the location, the charm of the hotel and welcome of the staff. It seems that the rooms didn´t meet your expectations. Size of the rooms are different because this is a XVI Century Palace, original construction is preserved, some rooms are small and others medium size. The charm of the hotel is that each room is different. I promise that in your next visit at the Hotel, you will have a room with bigger size. I´m sure you´ll not be disappointed .
