Wir waren nach einer einwöchigen, tollen Safari dort. Man merkt schon das, dass Hotel, der Diani Beach(einige verlassene Hotels) und Kenia bessere Zeiten erlebt hat. Wir haben unser Zimmer (Meerblick gebucht)gleich gewechselt, weil die Badewanne abblätterte und die Armaturen verrostet waren. Die Rezeption war bemüht, nicht unbedingt sehr freundlich, aber am nächsten Tag konnten wir umziehen. Alle anderen Servicemitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und bemüht. Die Beach Boys fand ich nicht nervend. Ein kurzes No Thanks und dann einfach ignorieren.(mir ist klar das sie verkaufen müssen)

We are sorry to note that you found the bathtub peeling off and the fittings were rusty though with full house our staff managed to change your room next day when one became available. The bathtub and fittings have been replaced with new ones.
