Wie auf den Fotos, aber … der Weg zum Strand üb er eine stark ! befahrene Straße , Strand echt schlecht..keinerlei Pflege bei einem 4,5 Sterne Hotel kann man das aber erwarten….nennt sich ja Luxus hotel…..da sind wir mega weit entfernt … Algen türmen sich kein ordentlicher Einstieg … einfach Input enttäuscht..für den Pool braucht man nicht extra kos
Perfekt in boxspring Betten…für laute Nachbarn kann das Hotel nichts
Vielfältig…uns hat ein wenig die griechische Küche gefehlt/ viel Augenmerk auf die englischen Gäste
Strand schlecht … niemals !!! 4,5 Sterne Niveau keine Pflege nichts absolut mies

Dear Mrs Petra, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We are dissapointed that we have let you down of what your expecations were. However, as you have mentioned the photos are shown the hotel as is.. so that is what we promote. Just for your information, all the area of Psalidi , that our hotel is locating, as many other hotels as well, have the same quality of the beach, where we do our best, reagerding the beach , as are strict government rules , up to which level we can process by making any ''maintenance'' , In case you had any ''troubles'' with neighbours , and was bed time , definitely we could advise people of not disturbing. I m sorry to hear that. We do have a lot of English , Dutch , Belgian ,Germans, were at the time you were staying with us, definitely the English people weren't the majority, so we are a bit surprised about saying this, but mostly we do not give a particular '' priority'' or ''attention'' to any nationality. We have lots of repeaters from all the above countries . To sum up, thank you for your comments which are taking into consideration.
