Das Hotel ist definitiv zu alt..! viele mängel .., machte termin mit manager , auf meine konstruktiven kritik punke antwortete er : ich sei der erste der etwas sagt..!!! der grösste witz ist aber das all inklusiv..!!( 35euro pro pers.pro tag) verkauft wird es unter dem vorwand das alles nicht import enthalten ist..! doch es ist praktisch alles nichts enthalten,und die getränke die enthalten sind..= sind nicht zu empfehlen..! die weine die enthalten sind gehen,aber wenn mann einen besseren möchte, wird der inkl.wein nicht wie in anderen hotels angerechnet..!!! aber wirklich ein absolutes no go.., sind die vögel an den tischen am morgen..(müsste man dem gesundheitsamt melden) die gehen auf die tische (sobalt man aufsteht) und essen aus den tellern..,und kaken auf die tücher..! wir mussten 3x reklamieren das das personal die tischtücher wechselt...! wir würden dieses hotel dev. nicht empfehlen... personal aber freundlich und sehr bemüht...!

Thank you for your review and comments. Sheraton Soma Bay is in a protected wild life area and thus there are many different species of desert around. Although we have several measures in place to control their access, it is not always successful. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. The all inclusive, from a price point of view is extremely fair as it covers all meals and a wide selection of beverages. Unfortunately it is not feasible to include important alcoholic brands due to the high cost associated with importing alcohol into Egypt. In general our guests have a wonderful stay and in most instances, return year after year to our special part of the world. My apologies for not meeting all your expectations.
