Der erste Eindruck war gut, nettes Personal, schöner Empfangsbereich und nette Zimmer. Nachdem wir ankamen, hatten 2 vor uns ausgecheckt die in unserem Zimmer waren. Es hieß wir können in 30 min ins Zimmer, was gut klang, aber wer macht 1 Zimmer in 30min komplett sauber und rein?! Boden war nicht sonderlich sauber, Bad war nicht geputzt, war leicht Widerlich das ganze. Putzfrau hat innerhalb einer Woche einmal den Boden grob gewischt (mit einem Besen) und das Bad wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht. Das wussten wir, weil in der Dusche ein Shampoo Fleck von den „Vormietern“ war der nach der ganzen Woche immer noch dort war..
Zu dreckig um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sind ständig mit Schuhen herumgelaufen
Hatten Frühstück. Nicht abwechslungsreich. Das Wasser hat chlorhaltig geschmeckt, es gab immer die gleichen Sachen. Bis auf die Tomate und die Gurken war nichts wirklich super schmackhaft
Nettes Personal, sehr freundlich
Lage war super, nah von der Promenade und den Restaurants etc.

First of all, We are very sorry that we did not make your holidays successful !! You know, holiday is a celebration and in celebrations everybody must be happy! However there are some factors that regulate the hospitality not easy to understand from the side of the visitor some times. First of all, you write that the room was dirty and it was cleaned in 30 minutes: Yes , it is possible that a room at a size of a three star hotel can be cleaned in 30 minutes and the Guests that left before you were extremely satisfied. The main problem of cleaning your room was that you had the sign ‘’do not disturb’’ outside your door and when the room was released it was too late according the working hours and the cleaning schedule of the Cleaning Person. About the breakfast you mention that tomatos and cucumber were the only fresh and not variation: We try to understand how old is the ‘’feta cheese’’ the water melon, the ham the edam cheese, the salami, the Greek olives, the homus, the yogurt, the honey melon, the paprika, the boiled eggs,the salads, the croissant , cake, donats or apple cake that we have every morning on our buffet…. What else would someone need to be more satisfied on holiday?…perhaps a bigger buffet with more flambe food or tropical fruits e.t.c. then yes, we accept that our category has not the ability to provide that… And the water with fresh lemon slices from the hotels garden, tasted chlorin ….was difficult to find out, so, we had to ask the help of some other German Guests tasting the water with fresh lemon just in case the aroma or the tastes are different in Germany but at last we found out that you have got your personal reasons being unhappy and writing all these! That’s why we would ask you kindly: DO NOT RECOMMENT OUR HOTEL to your Friends of Family! Wish you a rest happy summer!
