The hotel is on the beach with a beautiful garden and surroundings. At the same time our concept is to keep the natural environment and not interfere in all parts of the land (especially the one that is close to the beach). Hotel opening is a complex task that takes into account weather conditions, hotel capacity, resources, needs etc. There is responsible person on the beach (16 umbrellas) who takes care of all needs of the customers. He adds gradually in pace with the demand (managerial process). Customers have for free access to all sunbeds around the pool and the garden. The beach does not belong to the hotel. By law, all beaches in Greece are public. The hotel rends the beach with payment to authorities. The umbrella ticket is not included in the package offered by the hotel to the tour operators, OTAs and customers. The hotel makes it clear in all descriptions that the beach umbrellas are on payment. We’re open and honest to our valued guests. A for ants, it may happen as we’re outdoors and if a loaf of bread or biscuit or liquid is accidentally on the floor, it attracts them. Housekeeping was informed and addressed the issue as soon as it was reported. We must always have to find the solution and admit that we are surrounded by beautiful nature in its biodiversity. In case the furniture in the balcony is not clean, the customer report is very useful for the housekeeping that takes immediatelyaction . If you find a bit rusty, it is because of the salt of the sea and the humidity. In that case you just report at the reception to be fixed. It is a pity you didn’t enjoy the restaurant with Mediterranean healthy kitchen and local recipes. The bar offers the opportunity to sit outside, the veranda is spacious, the atmosphere very calm and peaceful. Distance from the airport, approximately: 25km.
