Allgemein

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht, nicht mal Mails lassen sich abrufen. Pool sind nicht sauber. Essen und Entertainmentprogramm ändert sich nicht, es gibt keinen 2 Wochen Rhythmus. Die Zimmerreinigung fand teilweise erst um 18 Uhr statt, wodurch wir mehrmals vor dem Zimmer warten mussten, bevor wir Duschen gehen konnten. Bettdecken und Kopfkissen waren teilweise dreckig und wurden nicht gewechselt. Alle Restaurants bieten das gleiche Essen an, es gibt keinen Unterschied in welches Restaurants man geht. Wasserutschen waren super. Animationsprogramm fand nicht zur angeschlagenen Uhrzeit statt, sondern dann, wenn einer der Animateure Zeit hatte. Late Night Check Out war nicht möglich, aufgrund ausgebuchter Zimmer. Liegemöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden.

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our slides. With regards to your comments about our hotel, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our hotel at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards, keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. With regards to your comments about the Wi-Fi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the Wi-Fi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading. Regarding your comment about the pools, kindly note that swimming pools have a rigid cleaning and testing program, and are again tested by Cristal, which is a health and safety advisor, from the UK. There are also pool emergency procedures in place. We would advise that the pools are closed at sunset for treatment each day and checked daily by our Engineering Dept each morning at 08:00, and then again at 12:00 midday and at 16:00. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience inside your room, however, we would like to note that our House Keeping team is in operation 24/7 on the resort’s premises, and available to investigate, check and fix the arising issues, if reported. Regarding the feedback about the activities, please be informed that we forwarded your comment to the relevant department for their perusal.
